The time to decide, determine and evaluate is during the auction. The conclusion of the auction is the time to pay. Being high bidder doesn't mean you've been awarded the opportunity to "think about it" or to "come up with the funds". It means you have entered a binding agreement to purchase this item immediately following the conclusion of the auction and that you have the funds to do so. Bidding on eBay auctions is easy and fun--but it's also serious business. Please understand that you are obligated to complete sales from all listings that you win, including auctions, and Buy It Now transactions. Please read eBay's User Agreement FAQs or Full User Agreement for more details.  If you do renege (fail to carry out a promise or commitment) on a sale, we will a Non Paying Bidder report AND leave Negative Feedback. All vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, etc. are being sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind unless otherwise specified.

PAYMENT METHODS
When the auction is finished, please use eBays checkout as soon as possible. We require a $500.00 NON-Refundable deposit within 3 business days of the end of the auction via PayPal, Money Order or Certified Check. This will hold the vehicle for 2 weeks for you to pick it up or have it picked up. The balance is due upon pickup of the vehicle in Cash or Via Certified Funds. If there will be any delay in your securing funds, please discuss this with us before you bid. We always like to leave positive feedback, so please bid responsibly. Please don't bid on this item if you don't plan to pay for it.

SHIPPING
Shipping for this item is the sole responsibility of the BUYER. We will ASSIST you on our end, but all arrangements must be made by YOU!!
